Private Meeting Room Rentals
Beyond the B2B Meetings Program, there are dedicated Private Meeting Rooms available for rent for one or both days during the Show. They are located on the Summit Level of the Halifax Convention Centre. Rooms range in size from 600 to 1800 square feet. Tables and chairs in each room are included and can be configured to your specifications. Audio/Visual support and Food & Beverage can also be ordered for a fee.

SUMMIT LEVEL
The Summit Level is completely setup with dedicated Private Meeting Rooms available for rent. Rooms 602 through 615 are available.
