Please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at registration@defsecatlantic.ca in order to request a confirmation letter for our event to send to IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada). The Canadian Government’s processing time for travel visa applications can vary and you are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

And if you are an Exhibiting Company and/or are shipping items from out of country for use at the Show, you need to be aware of the following:

This includes anything related to your travel and/or your booth if you or your display materials are coming from outside of Canada. The rules and more importantly the process for “importing” items into Canada have recently changed (i.e. introduction of CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management [CARM], and they tend to make things slower and more complicated in our experience to date.
