DEFSEC Atlantic will be facilitating Business-to-Business and Business-to-Government meetings which will be available to all registered attendees.

We will be using an all-in-one web platform combining matchmaking, messaging and scheduling for the meetings. An important note is that we will only be facilitating in-person meetings at our event – virtual/online meetings will NOT be offered.

Following the success of the layout from the past few years, this year there we will expand and now be located will again be across two large adjacent rooms located on the Argyle Level of the Halifax Convention Centre dedicated to B2B meetings known as the “B2B Zone”. Inside them are 48 dedicated 8′ x 8′ divided spaces which will be setup strictly for in-person introductory meetings on Wednesday, October 7 and Thursday, October 8.

The B2B/2GO Web Platform launches on Monday, September 7, 2026. Before the event week, attendees will have a chance to use the platform to find each other, make connections and then plan arranged meetings on the event days. We will also be using this same system for messaging after the event week, with access after the event ending on October 31, 2026.

All registered DEFSEC Atlantic attendees will receive a personal activation e-mail to create their own individual profile in the B2B/2GO platform. Those who register after the initial launch of the B2B/2GO platform should receive their activation e-mail invite within 1 full business day AFTER the date they register. We will typically be doing daily manual syncs in the late afternoon between our registration platform and the B2B/2GO platform each weekday between its launch and our event.

Be sure to check your spam/junk folders if you do not see your activation e-mail, as they sometimes end up in there depending on your e-mail system.

Don’t forget that you MUST be a qualifying category of registered attendee for DEFSEC Atlantic 2026 in order to be able to activate your B2B profile.
