Standard Booth Space Details
Base Booth Fee: $3,500.00 + 15% HST per 10' x 10' booth
Each 10' x 10' includes:
8' high by 10' wide pipe and drape back wall with 8' high by
10' deep vinyl (COVID
cleaning compliant) side walls; other configurations at the
request of the exhibitor or needs of the vendor, as long as they
are compliant with COVID regulations
The entire exhibition hall is carpeted; if you require additional carpeting for your booth, it must be coordinated and purchased
through our official Service Contractor
Two (2) standard chairs provided through our official
Service Contractor
Additional booth furnishings, etc. can be coordinated through our official Service Contractor
Electrical connections:
One duplex (two outlet) electrical connection, rated at 110V, 15A; REGARDLESS of booth size
Additional connections can be requested at a cost of $85.00 + HST per duplex connection (2 outlets per duplex)
If special arrangements are required for electrical such as larger, more complex configurations, different than
standard amperages or a 220V feed, please contact Global Convention Services direcly to get a quote
arranged for you
Passes are allocated as follows:
Two (2) Full Exhibitor Passes (meals and
receptions NOT included) PER 10' x 10' booth purchased
Individual additional Full Exhibitor Passes (meals and
receptions NOT included) can be purchased by exhibiting companies for an additional fee of

Booth add-ons include:
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Exhibition Hall. However,
if your display requires a Direct-Wired Internet Connection it must be requested in advance of the
week of the Show. Each wired connection can be purchased for $300.00 + HST.
In order to facilitate participation by Exhibitor staff not
able to attend the Show in-person, a Virtual Presence
Package can be purchased for $1000.00 + HST.
It includes a large screen monitor/television, a computer and a
webcam, which will allow for a remote connection to be made
on-site at the event using video conferencing software. Custom
configurations and pricing are available upon request.
Additional options available to Exhibitors are:
Outdoor Displays Quayside Along Pier 23 Displays (dependent upon size and configuration) can be setup
behind Exhibition Hall "C" along the
Pier 23 Quay, which is accessible by doors inside that hall. If you are planning such a display while exhibiting at DEFSEC
Atlantic, please contact us early in the process and/or identify your interest on the Exhibitor Registration Form, so we can discuss
options that are available to you and the associated costs.
Dedicated Meeting Room for Both Days During the Show In past years, many companies have expressed an
interest in having an on-site meeting room reserved for the entire day for their use on both days of the Show. If you
are interested in making such an arrangement while exhibiting at DEFSEC Atlantic, please contact us early in the process and/or
identify your interest on the Exhibitor Registration Form, so we can discuss options that are available to you and the associated
costs. Meeting rooms sell out quickly every year, so the earlier you book, the more options will be available.
This year we have
only one option for meeting room locations: on the Exhibition
Floor at the Cunard Centre. There are 4 separated Exhibition
Halls witin the building that each have a number of meeting rooms
located in them. There are a total of 15 possible meeting rooms
on the floor.
