Hybrid Booth Space Details

Base Booth Fee: $4,000.00 + 15% HST per 10' x 10' booth

Each 10' x 10' includes:

  • 8' high by 10' wide pipe and drape back wall with 8' high by 10' deep clear vinyl (COVID cleaning compliant) side walls; other configurations at the request of the exhibitor or needs of the vendor, as long as they are compliant with COVID regulations
  • Coroplast Sign produced with company logo/name and hung in booth area provided through Global Convention Services
  • Distribution of items or literature at booth (must be shipped to and from venue at Exhibitor's cost; subject to approval first by Show Management); COVID-19 friendly suggestion is to use digital literature instead
  • Two (2) standard fabric chairs and one (1) 2' x 6' table provided through Global Convention Services
  • The entire exhibition hall is carpeted; if you require additional carpeting for your booth, it must be coordinated and purchased through Global Convention Services

  • Additional booth furnishings, etc. can be coordinated through Global Convention Services

Electrical connections:

  • One duplex (two outlet) electrical connection, rated at 110V, 15A is included at no extra cost REGARDLESS of booth size
  • Additional connections can be requested at a cost of $125.00 + HST per duplex connection (2 outlets per duplex) if ordered by the Pre-Show Deadline of September 22, 2021; orders placed AFTER that date up until the Ordering Deadline of September 29, 2021 will be at a cost of $138.00 + HST per duplex connection (2 outlets per duplex)

  • If special arrangements are required for electrical such as larger, more complex configurations, different than standard amperages or a 220V feed, then contact Global Convention Services directly to get a quote arranged for you.

Technology aspects include:

  • One (1) large screen monitor/television, a computer and a webcam which will allow for a remote connection to be made on-site at the event using video conferencing software for duration of event
  • Access to dedicated, professional support technician on-site at Halifax Convention Centre for duration of event
  • Provided access to one (1) paid "ZOOM" account to act as "host" for duration of event; any number of people can "join the meeting"
    Configuration of on-site computer to work with paid account already owned by exhibiting company (must be arranged with and tested by DEFSEC organizers well before actual event dates); any number of people can "join the meeting"

Passes are allocated as follows:

  • Four (4) Exhibiting Delegate Virtual Passes PER 10' x 10' booth purchased (includes access to event app & presentation web platform)
  • Individual additional Exhibiting Delegate Virtual Passes can be purchased by exhibiting companies for an additional fee of $125.00 + HST
