Upon receipt of this booking, an invoice which will be Due Upon Receipt and an Exhibitor Contract will be sent to you in order to reserve your space. If payment is made by company cheque, the recipient should be made out to "Nova Scotia International Air Show Association". We can also offer the options of credit card payment by phone or fax - we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Your initial booth invoice must be paid in full and your Exhibitor Contract must be signed prior to the set-up of displays on the Exhibition Floor come the week of the show. Charges for additional attendees, equipment and/or services will be billed on the final invoice.
